We are continuing to operate normally at the moment in line with the latest government update.
Our suppliers have advised that none of the products we take are subject to shortages. If we experience any supply chain disruption we have enough stocks to run for four to six weeks on most of our processes.
We are following government guidelines regarding home working, hygiene, self-isolation and social distancing.
Other than deliveries and collections of goods and supplies we are not accepting unauthorised visits to our site, nor are we visiting our suppliers or customers until government guidance changes.
Like everybody we will have to respond to changes in national and international policy as required.
If there is any significant or predicted interruption in our operation because of changes in government policy, supply chain or staffing disruption we will update this statement, otherwise we will review weekly.
Until the situation returns to normal any turnaround/delivery promises we make are provisional.
We will endeavour to meet any promises we make, but please be aware that as a result of the governments self isolation rules, schedules can be interrupted or changed at very short notice.
At this time positive cash flow is crucial and we ask that all our customers settle their accounts on time. If there are any issues with making payments, we also request that information is provided to us as soon as possible.
